Workflow

From project requestto final drawing package.

Nine steps run on every project. Engineering review and SPIDAcalc validation sit between drafting and delivery, so what you receive has already been checked against your standard and the analysis before you open it.

  1. 01

    Project request

You send scope, standards and source data. We confirm deliverables and schedule before work starts.

  2. 02

    Data collection

We gather field data, GIS layers, as-builts and existing drawings, and flag any gaps for your decision.

  3. 03

    Landbase review

Property lines, roads and existing assets are reconciled into one survey-accurate landbase.

  4. 04

    AutoCAD drafting

Designers draft plan-and-profile and construction sheets to your CAD standard, layer for layer.

  5. 05

    Engineering review

A lead checks framing, clearances and design intent against the governing code and your standard.

  6. 06

    SPIDAcalc validation

Structures are modelled and verified for pole loading, attachments and wind cases against safety factors.

  7. 07

    Quality check

The package runs a full release checklist; every comment is logged and closed out.

  8. 08

    Final drawing package

Sheets, calculations and an assumption log are assembled into a clean, sealed-ready transmittal.

  9. 09

    Client delivery

The package is delivered on schedule, with revisions handled by the same team the same day.

The overnight advantage

Hand off at the end of your day. Review it at the start of the next.

  3. You receive
    8:30 AM ET

A run you transmit at 5:00 PM Eastern reaches the production team at the start of their day. Modelling, drafting, self-check and lead review all happen while your office is closed. The package is back in your inbox before 9:00 AM, so your first task is review, not waiting.
